Gulf Coast Business Credit (GCBC), the Factoring, Accounts Receivable Finance and Asset-Based Lending Division of Gulf Coast Bank & Trust Co. (GCB&T), is proud to announce that the International Factoring Association (IFA), the world’s largest association of commercial finance companies, has appointed GCBC’s Meg Roberson as a new Advisory Board member.
GCBC’S DARLENE CREPPEL BRINGS WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE TO ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT
Gulf Coast Business Credit (GCBC)’s Darlene Creppel is the division’s dedicated accounting and software specialist who leads by example in her role as Assistant Vice President, Accounting Manager.
With 15 years of experience in accounts receivable financing and over 11 years with GCBC, Creppel brings a wealth of knowledge to the division. Previously serving as an account executive, Creppel understands the necessary tasks involved in managing a variety of portfolios.
“Darlene always comes to work with a “can do” attitude,” says Wade Hladky, division CEO.
Along with experience, Creppel is a graduate of the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and the University of Phoenix with a Master’s in Business Administration.
“I am proud to be part of a division that has grown from a very small, local, factoring portfolio to an industry leader with clients located throughout the country. It is truly an honor to be part of the GCBC team. I am so fortunate to have a job I love” said Creppel.
Outside of GCBC, Creppel resides in Mandeville, Louisiana and is a dedicated mother to three great kids: Wesley, Brandyn and Kristyn.
